What happens next?
- You’ll receive an acknowledgment email to let you know we have received your request.
- If a place is available, you’ll receive an offer of a place and a payment request email. If a place is not yet available, you’ll be added to a waiting list. This is so we can offer places to people in the order that they have registered. We’ll notify you via email when a place becomes available.
- We must receive your payment within 7 working days or your ticket will be reallocated. You’ll receive a confirmation email when we receive your payment. This email will constitute your Spoonful pass. Please use the reference number in your email for any further communication with us.
