Disclaimer

We would like to remind you that dancing is an aerobic and physical activity, and that participation is at your own risk.  The Spoonful Organisers and teachers cannot accept responsibility for any claim, injury, loss or damage which may occur from your participation in the festival.

Health Policy

It is easy for colds and flus to pass around a dance scene, so it’s important to be vigilant – especially at large dance events. We’re asking that people only attend the event if they don’t have any flu like symptoms that they could pass on to others. We’ll provide hand sanitiser throughout the event, and dancers are, of course, welcome to wear masks.

Refunds

We’re very sorry, but we do not offer full refunds on tickets. However, your pass can be transferred to another name for a £10 fee for full passes or £5 for social passes up 1 month before the festival starts. Thereafter there are no refunds or transfers.

Waiting list

We will operate a waiting list when we have more bookings than passes available. If you can no longer attend, please first contact us at bookings@thespoonful.co.uk to see if there is someone on the waiting list that your pass could be transferred to. If there is someone on the waiting list, we will refund your pass minus the transfer fee.

No waiting list

We will let you know if there is no waiting list. In this case, you can arrange a transfer of your ticket and funds privately. If you are successful in finding someone for your ticket, to transfer your ticket please provide us with the following information.

In this case, please go ahead and pay the transfer fee in the same way you made your original payment.
